ServiceChannel Partners with ServiceNow – When Platforms and Ecosystems Mesh, It’s a Beautiful Thing!
We had a great time a few weeks ago at the Knowledge18 show in Las Vegas with ServiceNow, where participants saw great evidence of the power of platforms, especially when they work well together!
We just announced a new integration with ServiceNow, which effectively allows enterprises to bring the benefits of a leading B-B facilities management marketplace (that’s us) to the breadth of the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow has built an incredible platform and ecosystem, and although “probably less famous,” the ServiceChannel facilities platform and workflow engine that supports 500 leading brands, 50,000 contractors, and over 200 software integrations (now 201) in “our space,”
complements ServiceNow and extends a full workflow solution to a new line of business in the enterprise.
Connected devices, IoT technology, industry-specific equipment monitoring and more are all now available through ServiceChannel’s FM software to the ServiceNow customer community.
Enterprises Combining the Best of Both Worlds
The combination of the two very complementary ecosystems is pretty powerful, as evidenced by the 200+ enterprise customers who already inquired about taking advantage of the two systems’ powerful capabilities at the Knowledge18 show!
It’s all made possible by open APIs in both the ServiceChannel and ServiceNow platforms, and in our respective abilities (and desires) to recruit and partner with other solutions that can either (a) extend our core functionality, or (b) benefit from the data we gather, or (c) both!
Now – time to go to the market – and to customers – with a new, broader, more powerful value proposition!
