Avoid pitfalls with AI, track spend your way, and compare providers with better insights

Keeping teams, vendors, and spend aligned is no small task. The Fall 2025 Product Release on October 21-23, 2025, helps you move faster with AI that flags issues before they snowball, smarter insights to guide financial decisions, provider performance trends, and more.

Highlights

New! Stay ahead of problems with ServiceChannel AI (Beta)

Catch common pitfalls like entering the wrong trade, unrealistic Not-to-Exceed (NTE) price limits, or issues unlikely to be resolved in the first visit before they snowball into delays, wasted spend, or extra visits. AI works alongside you and your providers so you can resolve issues faster and more reliably.

ServiceChannel AI (Beta) scans each work order, so you get scores that flag trade mismatches, low NTEs, or multi-visit risks along with smart recommendations that reduce wasted trips. The result: faster fixes, higher first-time fix rates, and fewer disruptions to your business.

How it works

  • Spot issues early: ServiceChannel AI scores each work order to flag potential problems before they escalate.
  • See what’s needed: ServiceChannel AI looks at similar work orders and suggests the most likely fix and cause for the issue.
  • Act immediately: Insights appear directly on the work order, so you and your providers can take action quickly.
  • Stay in control: Redirect work orders for internal review if something looks unusual to avoid wasted trips or downtime.

Improved! Track your unique budget with more flexibility

We launched Budget Insights last year to give you at-a-glance insights into whether your spending is on track. We are continuing to make it even more flexible, so you can model spend the way your unique business operates.

Now you can track multiple budgets in the same fiscal year, allocate budgets by brand or region, and combine multiple attributes in a single budget line.

How it works

  • Manage multiple budgets. Upload and track multiple budgets within the same fiscal year, such as CapEx, Repairs, Preventive Maintenance, or Programs.
  • Allocate spend by brand or region. Use any customer location note to allocate spend, such as Brand, Region, Concept, or Market, so you can report the same way leadership reviews performance.
  • Group spend the way you manage it. Create multi-attribute budget lines that combine Categories, Trades, and GL Codes in one line item (e.g., “HVAC + Preventive Maintenance + 6240”) so finance sees spend exactly the way it was approved.

New! Track refrigerants with smarter compliance, accuracy, and control

Managing refrigerants comes with unique challenges. Inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and complete record-keeping are all critical. Streamline your workflows, reduce errors, and stay audit-ready with these enhancements:

  • Track refrigerant cylinders with greater accuracy and control. Monitor your cylinders precisely with visibility into on-hand quantities and usage.
  • Ensure compliance with automatic acknowledgment. Reduce liability, support EPA compliance, and make audits faster and simpler.
  • Streamline leak records by eliminating extra follow-up. Providers can now enter refrigerant leak information without having to complete follow-up fields.
  • Get full visibility into leak verification with detailed audit history. Track every leak verification attempt, whether successful or failed.

Track refrigerant cylinders with greater accuracy and control

Stay compliant with better visibility into the status of all your refrigerant cylinders.

  • Enable refrigerant cylinder tracking with Inventory Manager
  • Track how old your cylinders are and how much refrigerant is in each.
  • Make sure they’re retired before they go out of date or start leaking.

Get started

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information. You’ll need to gather data on your number of cylinders, fill level, and refrigerant type.

Track cylinders by age, refrigerant level and expiry date

Ensure compliance with required acknowledgment

If providers don’t follow refrigerant regulations when working on your equipment, that can create compliance risks for you. Now you can require that providers certify their compliance with EPA regulations for refrigerant management on every work order with a primary trade of HVAC or Refrigeration. By enforcing compliance practices across all refrigerant leaks and usage events, you can seamlessly adhere to EPA regulations and ensure you’re audit-ready.

Get started

Navigate to Refrigerant Tracking Manager > Preferences to activate.

Require your providers to certify compliance with EPA regulations

Streamline leak records by eliminating extra follow-up

Requiring follow-up verification data on every leak record can create extra work, force entry of non-compliant data, and lead to errors. Now you can disable the required follow-up fields to:

  • Allow providers to enter accurate leak record data once.
  • Reduce redundant compliance fields and unnecessary follow-up work orders.
  • Keep more accurate records and improve efficiency.

Get started

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support to enable this feature.

Eliminate unnecessary data entry requirements on leak records

Get full visibility into leak verification with detailed audit history

Without proper audit trails, it can be difficult to confirm whether leak verifications were attempted, successful, or compliant. Now you can see every verification attempt, both successful and failed, in the new audit table. With more comprehensive record-keeping, you can ensure verification processes are tracked accurately and strengthen your regulatory compliance.

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to review the new audit fields, configure your verification workflow, and align with your compliance processes.
