ServiceChannel Launches New Contractor Scorecard to Deliver Industry Standard in Cost and Performance Tracking
NEW YORK — FEBRUARY 11, 2014 – NEW YORK, NY ServiceChannel, the leading cloud-based facilities services management platform, today announced the release of its new contractor scorecard, called MyScorecard, with KPIs to its network of over 45,000 contractors. With this major release, part of the new ProView program powered by GoodData, ServiceChannel expects to help standardize service level expectations as well as KPIs used by the retail and restaurant industry to measure performance and track costs.
