- Single source of truth for asset data: When you update asset information in ServiceChannel or Observe, it syncs between the platforms so your asset data stays up-to-date.
- See the bigger picture across multiple assets. When multiple alarms are triggered simultaneously, their work orders are linked in ServiceChannel, so you can identify problems like power and internet outages.
