Facilities Management Class is in Session: Introducing LearningChannel

Our facilities management training & education department is pleased to announce the launch of LearningChannel, a continuing education program focused on ServiceChannel’s products.

Every week, LearningChannel will host free courses on varying topics, offering best practices and tips to help you get the most out from your facilities management software. Each course is geared towards all ServiceChannel users in your organization, from location users to senior executives, at varying degrees of skill level.

Facilities Management Training Sessions

Our inaugural launch includes six courses and are scheduled through the end of the year, so you can pick the courses you need and the dates that work for you. Have location users who need to learn how to use the Service Automation Dashboard? Send them to Dashboard 101. Need to learn the best way to set up preventive maintenance? Attend PM: An Overview. We also have courses on Invoicing, Work Order Creation and Management, RFPs and Proposals, and Reports and QuickView, with more courses on the horizon.

Use these courses to refresh your knowledge, learn new tips, onboard new personnel in your organization, and streamline your learning needs. We will continue to bring you new courses on our FM software as this initiative grows.

Registration is now open, and courses start July 1, 2015.
