A mismatch between a customer’s needs and the coverage information in your Provider Profile can cause you to miss out on important work orders — or get work orders you need to decline.

If you are declining work orders in a certain trade or geographic service area, you may see a prompt on your provider homepage to update that information in your provider profile:

Whether or not you see this prompt, make it a practice to review your Provider Profile regularly to make sure all the key information is included and up to date, especially as your business expands. Make sure your profile reflects that expansion so your potential new customers can find you.

  • Log in to ServiceChannel and click the “profile” tab at the top of any page.
  • Check to make sure your profile is complete, and your trades and service coverage are accurately represented.
  • Update your profile whenever you receive a prompt or your business changes.
