Is ServiceChannel AI available internationally?
We plan for all features to be available globally, though rollout timing will vary by geography and language.
What if I don’t trust AI?
We have designed ServiceChannel AI with your trust in mind. You’re in the driver’s seat and decide when any AI feature is enabled. You can begin with simple summaries and test with limited users, then build confidence with recommendations, and — if and when desired — automate actions only after you feel confident.
