Gift Card Eligibility 

  • You must register for, and attend the entirety of, the webinar 
  • You must complete a survey associated with the webinar 
  • You must have a manager or higher role at your place of employment (as evidenced by the company’s website or Linkedin profile) 

By registering for this webinar, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  • Use of Personal Information: By providing your personal information during registration, you consent to ServiceChannel.com, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “ServiceChannel”) using this information for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sending you promotional emails, newsletters, and information about future events and services. 
  • Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with ServiceChannel’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly at [email protected] to be removed from our mailing list. 
  • Webinar Content: The content provided during the webinar is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. ServiceChannel makes no representations or warranties with respect to the webinar and its content. ServiceChannel is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided during the webinar. 
  • Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise indicated, ServiceChannel owns or licenses the copyright to the webinar and any other intellectual property rights to the content presented in the webinar. Some of the content in the webinar may be owned by individual presenters and is included in the webinar under a license or agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only. You are not permitted to record, reproduce or share the webinar or its content in any way.   • Registration:   You are registering for the webinar via HubSpot, and webinars are hosted by ON24. By registering for a webinar, you consent to share your application details with HubSpot and ON24 Webinar to view the webinar.   • Webinars are recorded:  ServiceChannel may record audio, and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the webinar session. By joining a webinar session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact ServiceChannel to discuss your concerns prior to the webinar date. 
  • Webinar Software: Webinar participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system. Software can be manually downloaded by visiting the ON24 Webinar support page. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
