In Scope


  • Analyze ServiceChannel network providers to identify top performers
  • Benchmark non-ServiceChannel provider performance against baseline, if available
  • Integrate customer-designated providers w/ServiceChannel network providers to recommend best-fit network
  • Verify provider capabilities and willingness to participate
  • Submit optimized network of provider assignments to customer for approval
  • Transmit and monitor provider network invites
  • Issue monthly provider performance reporting
  • Re-analyze optimized provider networks quarterly
  • Updated provider assignments quarterly, if necessary
  • Load initial agreed-upon provider assignments
  • Design initial provider assignment for newly added locations
  • Perform interim updates to provider assignments

Out of Scope


  • Provider contracting and insurance compliance verification (Covered under Network Management)
  • Not available for Canada as a standalone service
  • Identification of locations requiring union labor or other specialized certifications (Customer must provide list)

Provider Network Management

In Scope


  • Provider Network Development(See Provider Network Development Scope of Work above)
  • Enable contracting between provider and customer via ServiceChannel’s standard provider services agreement
  • Verify compliance with ServiceChannel’s standard insurance requirements as coverage assignments are built
  • Manage provider network invites to completion
  • Ongoing verification of compliance of standard insurance requirements 
  • Transition of customer-providers to ServiceChannel’s standard provider agreements, as needed
  • Onboard customer-recommended providers to perform work via the ServiceChannel platform
  • Provide provider training on ServiceChannel platform use
  • Coach providers to improve KPI performance
  • Communicate customer specific service requirements and standards.
  • Work with customer’s accounts payable group to acquire customer-vendor numbers
  • Monitor and adjust customer’s provider as needed
  • Deliver provider performance assessments and recommendations

Out of Scope


  • Sourcing of providers off platform for any trades other than optimized trades
  • Contracting of providers on customized or customer-supplied agreements
  • Verifying compliance with customer’s custom insurance requirements.
  • Negotiation of labor and travel rates
  • Contracting of providers supporting Specialty or customer-designed trades
  • Handling provider payment escalations or inquiries
  • Management of customer-specific contracting requirements outside ServiceChannel’s standard provider services agreement
