  • Work order follow-up & completion – Ensures that third-party contractors have completed assigned work orders, and changed or updated status of work orders
  • Contractor platform assistance – Client Leads make sure your contractors are correctly and consistently using ServiceChannel’s work order software
  • Work order reassignment – Reassignments to secondary/tertiary contractors ensure you get prompt and excellent service should your primary contractor have a delay in responding
  • Work verification – Client Leads can follow-up with locations to verify completion of work orders or address concerns about specific requests
  • Proposal management and work order not-to-exceed (NTE) adjustment – Client Leads are the front line in minimizing the back-and-forth with contractors on proposals and NTEs
  • Address facilities managers’ requests – From follow-up on open work orders to providing contractors with additional direction, Client Leads make sure your service requests get done right and on time
  • Work order aging – Client Leads can do more than run work order aging reports, follow up on work orders aged, and track not yet confirmed / completed / approved status: They can address any issues with the facilities managers and/or service providers
  • Coordinate with Call Center – Client Leads can coordinate with the call center on all work orders as needed
  • Run additional reports – Client Leads will run any additional reports needed
