Provider Optimization – Scope of Work
Scope of Work
- Analyze ServiceChannel network providers to identify top performers
- Benchmark non-ServiceChannel provider performance against baseline, if available
- Integrate Customer-designated providers with ServiceChannel network providers to recommend best-fit network
- Verify provider capabilities and willingness to participate
- Submit optimized network of provider assignments to Customer for approval
- Transmit and monitor provider network invites
- Issue monthly provider performance reporting
- Re-analyze optimized provider networks quarterly
- Updated provider assignments quarterly, if necessary
- Load initial agreed-upon provider assignments
- Design initial provider assignment for newly added locations
- Perform interim updates to provider assignments
Out of Scope
- Identification of locations requiring union labor or other specialized certifications (Customer must provide list)
- Provider contracting and insurance compliance verification (Covered under Network Management)
- Provider labor rate submission verification (Covered under Network Management)
