Contractor Integration Request Approval

This page is for ServiceChannel clients who have been requested by one of their contractors to give permission to allow contractor to upload your data and receive your work orders electronically via their Web Services (XML) integration with ServiceChannel.

By completing this form you agree to, and give permission to ServiceChannel to initialize the integration process.

Only basic capabilities are enabled by default (Notes, basic Status updates and Schedule Date updates).
Work order updates via Web Services (XML) integration follow the same rules as on the website with the primary purpose of removing double entry between contractor and ServiceChannel systems.
